Picking up where we left off, this episode continues our discussion on budget-friendly studio setups.

Introducing BandLab: Free, Mobile, and Cloud-Based DAW

We will use BandLab, a powerful, free, cloud-based DAW available on mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop browsers. It's ideal for beginners with professional features and a low barrier to entry.

BandLab GUI Walkthrough

The Graphical User Interface (GUI) has five key areas:

  1. The Arrangement View: The central, timeline-based area for arranging music, loops, and recordings.
  2. Tracks: Horizontal lanes on the left for specific instruments or audio sources.
  3. Transport Controls: Standard Play, Stop, Record buttons, typically at the top or bottom.
  4. The Mixer: A panel for adjusting volume and panning across all tracks.
  5. The Library/Browser: Quick access to sounds, loops, virtual instruments, and effects.

Key Features: BandLab supports Virtual Instruments (MIDI) for sequencing notes and Audio Tracks for recording/importing sounds. Each track has an Effects Rack for adding effects like Reverb, Delay, and Compression.

Essential Budget Recording Equipment

While you can start with a phone, better audio quality requires basic, affordable gear.

The "Must-Haves"

  • Headphones: Essential closed-back studio headphones (e.g., Samson, Audio-Technica M-series, Sennheiser, under $75) prevent mic bleed and ensure accurate mixing.
  • Microphone: A simple, reliable USB Microphone (e.g., Blue Yeti, Rode NT-USB, $70 - $150) is the best starting point for capturing vocals/instruments, eliminating the need for an audio interface.

The "Next-Step" Upgrades

  • Audio Interface: Needed for traditional (XLR) mics or instruments. A 1- or 2-input interface (e.g., Focusrite Scarlett Solo, PreSonus, Behringer, $100 - $150) converts analog signals to digital with better quality and lower latency.

MIDI Controller: A small keyboard controller (e.g., Akai MPK Mini, Novation Launchkey Mini, starting at $80) makes playing virtual instruments and programming drums easier than using a computer keyboard.

WEBVTT

00:00:05.260 --> 00:00:08.980
All right, what's going on everybody Love to

00:00:08.980 --> 00:00:14.720
everybody that's back again picking up from the

00:00:14.720 --> 00:00:20.260
audio Part from this week as well continuing

00:00:20.260 --> 00:00:26.379
from net on to here Talked about the budgeting

00:00:26.379 --> 00:00:32.600
and things that you can do inside of Your budget

00:00:32.600 --> 00:00:36.280
there's a lot of budget budgeted ways everything

00:00:36.280 --> 00:00:39.420
isn't in a studio as I was saying some things

00:00:39.420 --> 00:00:42.859
are Literally at your house. I mean you might

00:00:42.859 --> 00:00:45.060
be in your car. You might be in your riding around

00:00:45.060 --> 00:00:47.280
in your truck You know you might be in an 18

00:00:47.280 --> 00:00:50.939
-wheeler something Everything is accessible now.

00:00:51.340 --> 00:00:54.820
There's no excuse so I'm gonna point out one

00:00:54.820 --> 00:00:56.500
of the biggest ones. I was talking about which

00:00:56.500 --> 00:01:02.170
was band lab here in a second. Is there anything

00:01:02.170 --> 00:01:05.010
you want to say, bro, moving into this before

00:01:05.010 --> 00:01:08.069
I get jumping on this stuff about budgeting and

00:01:08.069 --> 00:01:10.310
anything that you thought about from the last

00:01:10.310 --> 00:01:13.430
time we shot, you know, anything you want to

00:01:13.430 --> 00:01:19.069
add a value? Yeah, I'm pretty much I want to

00:01:19.069 --> 00:01:25.109
cut back into the lifestyle versus the quantity

00:01:25.109 --> 00:01:28.840
you're spending going into lifestyle. Just wanted

00:01:28.840 --> 00:01:32.760
to follow up what I was saying. You don't necessarily

00:01:32.760 --> 00:01:36.579
have to change what you do. It could just necessarily

00:01:36.579 --> 00:01:39.439
be you do less of that, you know what I'm saying?

00:01:39.480 --> 00:01:43.760
To save some money or save some funds to put

00:01:43.760 --> 00:01:47.260
into the music or whatever career you got, you

00:01:47.260 --> 00:01:50.280
know what I'm saying? So you can still have fun,

00:01:50.640 --> 00:01:54.620
but limit the fun. You go out five times a week,

00:01:54.620 --> 00:01:59.840
go out twice a week. You eat out. Five times

00:01:59.840 --> 00:02:02.480
a week try to eat out say, you know what? I'm

00:02:02.480 --> 00:02:05.980
gonna eat in five days a week, you know And probably

00:02:05.980 --> 00:02:08.280
my cheat days on the weekend Saturday, you know

00:02:08.280 --> 00:02:11.080
to eat out, you know, and I feel like once your

00:02:11.080 --> 00:02:15.199
mind is Accustomed to that You know I'm saying

00:02:15.199 --> 00:02:17.879
doing the same thing over and over and over it'll

00:02:17.879 --> 00:02:20.240
become easier I'm saying you won't even you won't

00:02:20.240 --> 00:02:24.800
even think it's a hassle saving money and Investing

00:02:24.800 --> 00:02:27.219
money into your business or your brain. You won't

00:02:27.219 --> 00:02:29.409
even notice it that you're doing it. It just

00:02:29.409 --> 00:02:32.389
be like waking up, brushing your teeth or, you

00:02:32.389 --> 00:02:36.370
know, washing your face. So I would say the repetitiveness

00:02:36.370 --> 00:02:40.530
of doing something can help you also. I'm saying

00:02:40.530 --> 00:02:45.050
you get used to it. It's a mindset thing. You

00:02:45.050 --> 00:02:49.770
know. So all this really is a mindset, you know,

00:02:50.009 --> 00:02:53.210
you got to have that mindset, whatever you want

00:02:53.210 --> 00:02:56.439
to do, you're going to do it, you know. And you

00:02:56.439 --> 00:03:00.300
know, that goes for anything in life. So mindset,

00:03:00.659 --> 00:03:07.159
people, put your mind on it and do it. So as

00:03:07.159 --> 00:03:10.699
I have, you will hear this a lot today, something

00:03:10.699 --> 00:03:14.159
to do with your thinking, your mental, how you

00:03:14.159 --> 00:03:17.960
process a lot of this is really not a timely

00:03:17.960 --> 00:03:20.840
thing because just, I mean, there's a lot of

00:03:20.840 --> 00:03:25.780
people that are trying to do and being the artist

00:03:25.780 --> 00:03:29.680
or artistry movement when it comes to music.

00:03:30.780 --> 00:03:34.139
A lot of stuff has changed from years ago due

00:03:34.139 --> 00:03:38.280
to technology and the growth of technology, things

00:03:38.280 --> 00:03:43.259
have changed. So one of the things being is studio.

00:03:43.599 --> 00:03:46.900
There's a lot of people that dealt this question,

00:03:47.819 --> 00:03:50.379
you know, how is, you know, how is it having

00:03:50.379 --> 00:03:54.849
a studio? It's actually, Enlightenment to have

00:03:54.849 --> 00:04:00.310
a studio you can get a lot done But also you

00:04:00.310 --> 00:04:06.610
can also not get a lot done as well So that comes

00:04:06.610 --> 00:04:11.270
down to The situation of budgeting as I was speaking

00:04:11.270 --> 00:04:15.370
on So you got to realize it's not just the thing

00:04:15.370 --> 00:04:18.250
of budgeting your money. There's a thing of budgeting

00:04:18.250 --> 00:04:25.060
your time How do you juggle time? in a day to

00:04:25.060 --> 00:04:29.620
be able to create. Now, the reason why I say

00:04:29.620 --> 00:04:33.660
this is because there's no excuses now to why.

00:04:34.579 --> 00:04:37.180
So pointing out one reason being is BandLab.

00:04:37.379 --> 00:04:39.819
I say BandLab is because BandLab is on your phone.

00:04:40.180 --> 00:04:42.980
It's accessible from your phone. Also GarageBand

00:04:42.980 --> 00:04:46.000
is accessible from your phone. So right now,

00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:47.899
if you're sitting on your phone, pull your phone

00:04:47.899 --> 00:04:55.269
up, type in BandLab. or type in GarageBand. GarageBand

00:04:55.269 --> 00:04:58.769
is a free edition if you're on iPhone. If not,

00:04:58.850 --> 00:05:01.709
if you're on Android or if considerably you're

00:05:01.709 --> 00:05:04.290
on iPhone, you can still do the situation of

00:05:04.290 --> 00:05:08.370
downloading BandLab, the app. Now, today I'm

00:05:08.370 --> 00:05:10.370
on the computer with it. But at the same time,

00:05:10.470 --> 00:05:13.829
you're basically going to see the same exact

00:05:13.829 --> 00:05:16.610
thing that I will be showing here in a second.

00:05:16.649 --> 00:05:20.189
Now, when you download BandLab onto your phone,

00:05:21.000 --> 00:05:26.240
or if you're on computer, go to bandlab .com,

00:05:26.500 --> 00:05:27.939
put in your credentials because you're gonna

00:05:27.939 --> 00:05:32.139
have to do a little bit of signing in here. For

00:05:32.139 --> 00:05:34.040
what you're going to do right now, it should

00:05:34.040 --> 00:05:36.199
be a very free situation. If you've never tried

00:05:36.199 --> 00:05:38.620
BandLab before, it should be very free to get

00:05:38.620 --> 00:05:40.699
into it. But there are some things that are in

00:05:40.699 --> 00:05:43.399
it that you will not be able to access. But I'm

00:05:43.399 --> 00:05:45.180
going to be on that side of things just so you

00:05:45.180 --> 00:05:52.800
can see what's going on on the inside. So. I

00:05:52.800 --> 00:06:01.540
think y 'all can see that. It's interesting now,

00:06:01.699 --> 00:06:04.379
man. That's some dope stuff. And the slogan of

00:06:04.379 --> 00:06:07.439
it is, make great music anywhere, Garage Band.

00:06:08.160 --> 00:06:13.839
That's all right there, man. I've been pretty

00:06:13.839 --> 00:06:22.100
hard on BandLab for maybe three years now. And

00:06:22.100 --> 00:06:24.759
I'm not saying hard on it as if in the same sakes

00:06:24.759 --> 00:06:29.379
of using everything that's in band lab I'll explain

00:06:29.379 --> 00:06:37.060
so my reason for band lab is because I am a Straightforward

00:06:37.060 --> 00:06:42.199
I'm certified to using sonar sonar is tied into

00:06:42.199 --> 00:06:45.680
band lab now the only way I could use the newly

00:06:45.680 --> 00:06:51.519
updated sonar is I have to get or have a BandLab

00:06:51.519 --> 00:06:53.939
membership. So that's how I started off with

00:06:53.939 --> 00:06:58.279
this. OK, now the biggest part about it, though,

00:06:58.279 --> 00:07:00.720
is I didn't even know anything about the features

00:07:00.720 --> 00:07:02.860
that were in BandLab. I just know about Cakewalk

00:07:02.860 --> 00:07:06.040
because that's just, you know, my thing, as you

00:07:06.040 --> 00:07:09.779
see over here is Cakewalk mix. So I'm big on

00:07:09.779 --> 00:07:14.399
using Cakewalk. So. Long story short, though,

00:07:14.939 --> 00:07:19.779
I stumbled on to some more features via my guys.

00:07:20.250 --> 00:07:24.910
So as you're seeing now is my profile page. I

00:07:24.910 --> 00:07:27.910
don't have anything on here really due to the

00:07:27.910 --> 00:07:31.930
nature of I just only have one one song considerably

00:07:31.930 --> 00:07:36.329
moving right now, but the thing is There's an

00:07:36.329 --> 00:07:38.949
exclusive way to release on here and there's

00:07:38.949 --> 00:07:42.670
a non -exclusive way. I Have it as a non -exclusive

00:07:42.670 --> 00:07:45.050
release right now so you can release your music

00:07:45.050 --> 00:07:48.610
on here you can get discovered on their lab just

00:07:48.610 --> 00:07:52.319
from just You know as you're using like Facebook

00:07:52.319 --> 00:07:55.199
you can come over here to the feed You know you

00:07:55.199 --> 00:07:57.560
got other artists people constantly uploading

00:07:57.560 --> 00:08:01.620
videos You know you you can basically lock in

00:08:01.620 --> 00:08:04.279
and I mean it's really a lot to lock in people

00:08:04.279 --> 00:08:06.579
are constantly doing something on here like day

00:08:06.579 --> 00:08:10.319
So you can constantly you know feed your music

00:08:10.319 --> 00:08:13.220
into a network Even if you're a beat maker or

00:08:13.220 --> 00:08:15.139
something like their producers, you know on that

00:08:15.139 --> 00:08:17.180
side of things or just the writer I mean you

00:08:17.180 --> 00:08:20.459
can you can Post your ideas on it, you know,

00:08:20.500 --> 00:08:23.519
you can lock in with some other people You know,

00:08:23.680 --> 00:08:26.160
that's that's working as well. So, you know some

00:08:26.160 --> 00:08:29.899
beat makers on here there's also a piece on here

00:08:29.899 --> 00:08:33.360
where Can't go on discover. I think it's under

00:08:33.360 --> 00:08:39.379
services This is where distribution is so basically

00:08:39.379 --> 00:08:41.720
if I was going to distribute a song Ashley was

00:08:41.720 --> 00:08:44.039
getting ready to start something but for the

00:08:44.039 --> 00:08:46.230
sake of just knowing You can distribute your

00:08:46.230 --> 00:08:49.009
music here as well. So if you, you know, you

00:08:49.009 --> 00:08:51.309
already got your music and come on here, you

00:08:51.309 --> 00:08:53.509
can update your stuff. Like if you already an

00:08:53.509 --> 00:08:55.730
artist, you already got music on another platform,

00:08:55.809 --> 00:08:58.210
you can bring it right on over here. It's easy

00:08:58.210 --> 00:09:01.730
to transfer it over here as well. You know, track

00:09:01.730 --> 00:09:03.850
your earnings, all the analytics and things of

00:09:03.850 --> 00:09:06.409
that nature. All of that stuff is here. You can

00:09:06.409 --> 00:09:10.509
also have you have fan reach. You can reach fans,

00:09:10.590 --> 00:09:13.710
you know, you can push your music. Actually pinpoint

00:09:13.710 --> 00:09:17.870
fans versus just wasting your time, you know

00:09:17.870 --> 00:09:19.750
Saying I mean, I don't know who to give my music

00:09:19.750 --> 00:09:23.049
to they actually help you Give your music to

00:09:23.049 --> 00:09:24.809
the right people so you don't have to waste your

00:09:24.809 --> 00:09:27.049
time It just give you to the right people that

00:09:27.049 --> 00:09:30.230
like your style. You can also boost it, you know,

00:09:30.250 --> 00:09:33.169
you can boost your stuff, you know Play, you

00:09:33.169 --> 00:09:35.250
know, if you want to get more plays, you know,

00:09:35.330 --> 00:09:37.429
people put it in front of what people campaign

00:09:37.429 --> 00:09:40.620
things do, you know That type of stuff, you know,

00:09:40.620 --> 00:09:43.379
you can link it to your website. You know, it

00:09:43.379 --> 00:09:49.759
all is all here. Now. And create pages on here,

00:09:49.840 --> 00:09:52.000
too, as if in like you can use this as your website,

00:09:52.000 --> 00:09:55.139
you can set this up to be like your your your

00:09:55.139 --> 00:09:57.940
housing for you, everything. So keep moving up.

00:09:58.200 --> 00:10:01.960
I want to get stuck there. So here's the library

00:10:01.960 --> 00:10:06.539
is here is one of the biggest things I did not

00:10:06.539 --> 00:10:10.440
know about until last year. When my guys put

00:10:10.440 --> 00:10:15.059
me on to this you can actually record directly

00:10:15.059 --> 00:10:20.220
into I'm gonna open up this on see it actually

00:10:20.220 --> 00:10:23.480
already has it as a preview, right? But I want

00:10:23.480 --> 00:10:27.379
to open this up So I'm gonna click studio, right?

00:10:28.200 --> 00:10:49.039
studio opens up Let me see let me see Okay, yeah,

00:10:49.039 --> 00:10:57.279
it's over moving too fast All right here we go

00:10:57.279 --> 00:11:03.159
So Here's a beat. I was actually working on and

00:11:03.159 --> 00:11:06.580
to be honest with you I'll tell you what this

00:11:06.580 --> 00:11:13.250
beat is I actually, we just gonna move with the

00:11:13.250 --> 00:11:20.450
times. So when Q gets in the studio, Q has actually

00:11:20.450 --> 00:11:25.769
picked a beat that I actually started here. This

00:11:25.769 --> 00:11:29.889
is the actual beat that I actually started here

00:11:29.889 --> 00:11:33.789
for that track. Then I took it out of here and

00:11:33.789 --> 00:11:36.250
ran it into Cakewalk over here into Cakewalk

00:11:36.250 --> 00:11:40.299
next. And I know don't go too much deep into

00:11:40.299 --> 00:11:42.980
it, but we locked in on that still right? I know

00:11:42.980 --> 00:11:46.840
we don't wax It's the case. It's the case. It's

00:11:46.840 --> 00:11:49.460
not a plane can't play it right now because we

00:11:49.460 --> 00:11:51.740
won't be able to hear but anyway long story short

00:11:51.740 --> 00:11:56.259
Just giving you the details of how much Power

00:11:56.259 --> 00:12:00.480
you have at hand with band lab. So band lab gives

00:12:00.480 --> 00:12:04.590
you these tools You can actually, if you see

00:12:04.590 --> 00:12:07.990
right here, you can select this. If you want

00:12:07.990 --> 00:12:12.529
to mix it, if you want to master it, these are

00:12:12.529 --> 00:12:15.230
the things that you go for when you're going

00:12:15.230 --> 00:12:18.850
for a program that can help you get ahead as

00:12:18.850 --> 00:12:21.230
an artist. You want to find something that you

00:12:21.230 --> 00:12:24.809
can tie into where you can do literally everything

00:12:24.809 --> 00:12:28.470
inside of it. Literally everything. And down

00:12:28.470 --> 00:12:32.159
here you have the AI auto mix. You can just click

00:12:32.159 --> 00:12:34.860
a button and it'll automatically mix your record

00:12:34.860 --> 00:12:38.059
to a certain extent and master it to a certain

00:12:38.059 --> 00:12:40.960
extent and have it ready to release to the world.

00:12:41.960 --> 00:12:45.340
So this is one of those programs, like I said,

00:12:45.659 --> 00:12:48.440
you can do literally everything as an artist

00:12:48.440 --> 00:12:56.039
inside of this actual program. So I'll come back

00:12:56.039 --> 00:12:59.950
to this on another situation, but One of the

00:12:59.950 --> 00:13:02.950
biggest things still is remembering that your

00:13:02.950 --> 00:13:06.769
budget Meaning how you budget your budget your

00:13:06.769 --> 00:13:10.950
time and your money To be able to be an artist

00:13:10.950 --> 00:13:13.629
you literally have it right there in your phone

00:13:13.629 --> 00:13:17.269
You can you can be on you can go on break while

00:13:17.269 --> 00:13:19.470
you at work You know, you might have an idea

00:13:19.470 --> 00:13:21.529
you can just record it right into you might have

00:13:21.529 --> 00:13:23.730
a beat You can have a beat already in your phone,

00:13:24.350 --> 00:13:26.809
you know, just upload the beat into band lab

00:13:26.809 --> 00:13:30.169
hit record Record it, you know, it could just

00:13:30.169 --> 00:13:32.669
be a scratch track until you get home. Then you

00:13:32.669 --> 00:13:35.929
can plug your phone up To where you you could

00:13:35.929 --> 00:13:41.730
be able to use an interface Let me pull out an

00:13:41.730 --> 00:13:43.970
interface here to be able to use an interface

00:13:43.970 --> 00:13:49.230
To be able to plug your microphone into it. Okay?

00:13:50.610 --> 00:13:53.990
Directly into your phone. This is what I do a

00:13:53.990 --> 00:13:58.899
lot of how I podcast. This is how I podcast especially

00:13:58.899 --> 00:14:04.379
on the audio, on our audio edition. You know,

00:14:04.639 --> 00:14:07.679
everything that's audio, I use these two. Put

00:14:07.679 --> 00:14:11.580
these two together, these two are perfect. So,

00:14:11.879 --> 00:14:13.899
but long story short, you can do the same thing.

00:14:14.200 --> 00:14:16.240
You can just take this with you, and you just

00:14:16.240 --> 00:14:18.440
leave it sitting in the car. The idea might hit

00:14:18.440 --> 00:14:20.840
you, you might be riding up the road, pull up

00:14:20.840 --> 00:14:22.480
on the side of the road, you can just start recording

00:14:22.480 --> 00:14:27.039
right there. You know is there's this the accessibility

00:14:27.039 --> 00:14:30.480
to? The world now that you have like you literally

00:14:30.480 --> 00:14:33.600
can do this stuff on the move You know it's not

00:14:33.600 --> 00:14:35.379
one of those things like where you just have

00:14:35.379 --> 00:14:38.399
to like leave it at home You know you could take

00:14:38.399 --> 00:14:43.399
it with you now, right? Remembering now this

00:14:43.399 --> 00:14:45.879
Platform cost a couple dollars. I think it's

00:14:45.879 --> 00:14:49.879
a little over $100 yearly and maybe like a little

00:14:49.879 --> 00:14:54.009
over $15 a month if you're choosing to Step forward

00:14:54.009 --> 00:14:56.730
with it. But just remember when you when you

00:14:56.730 --> 00:15:00.110
put your money into it Your this is an investment

00:15:00.110 --> 00:15:02.850
into your future. This is this is what gets it

00:15:02.850 --> 00:15:05.590
going, you know I know a lot of the youngsters

00:15:05.590 --> 00:15:08.169
already are to have tied into it But those that

00:15:08.169 --> 00:15:10.490
haven't tied into it and those that come here

00:15:10.490 --> 00:15:12.529
and look for things those that's what you need

00:15:12.529 --> 00:15:17.870
to get on either garageband or being left Either

00:15:17.870 --> 00:15:21.980
way both are both our phone accessible Take advantage

00:15:21.980 --> 00:15:26.860
of it. It's easy to get behind trying to like

00:15:26.860 --> 00:15:29.179
always look at, you know, you go online, you

00:15:29.179 --> 00:15:31.320
see a lot of people, you know, showing the top

00:15:31.320 --> 00:15:34.279
microphone, showing the top studios. Don't let

00:15:34.279 --> 00:15:37.200
all that hype get you no more. It's just hype.

00:15:38.039 --> 00:15:41.559
It's really a thing. Q said it earlier. Your

00:15:41.559 --> 00:15:44.419
mindset. Let's come back to that now. Your mindset

00:15:44.419 --> 00:15:49.379
is where a lot of this can change the course

00:15:49.379 --> 00:15:52.200
of everything. You know, a lot of y 'all have

00:15:52.200 --> 00:15:54.539
accessibility already. You're watching this right

00:15:54.539 --> 00:15:57.120
now. You're watching us, you're hearing us. So

00:15:57.120 --> 00:15:59.440
if you've got that far, you've already got what

00:15:59.440 --> 00:16:02.120
you need to get going. What's going on? It's

00:16:02.120 --> 00:16:04.659

Head over to more laughs calm. I peace Wi -Fi

00:17:05.509 --> 00:17:11.009
Wi -Fi, you know phone You know a phone got the

00:17:11.009 --> 00:17:14.210
microphone with it, you know, it's an inside

00:17:14.210 --> 00:17:19.210
of it. You got the camera I'm saying When you

00:17:19.210 --> 00:17:21.670
start thinking about these things man, you know,

00:17:21.789 --> 00:17:24.029
like you say a lot people we won't even realize

00:17:24.029 --> 00:17:27.769
the resources We got in a device even the ps5

00:17:27.769 --> 00:17:31.650
man You know I'm saying it's powerful like it's

00:17:31.650 --> 00:17:33.789
more than playing games on there You can do you

00:17:33.789 --> 00:17:36.250
know music artists can actually utilize that

00:17:36.250 --> 00:17:40.079
ps5 musically You know what I'm saying? Download

00:17:40.079 --> 00:17:42.500
that app or download them apps, you know, in

00:17:42.500 --> 00:17:46.019
the store, you know, and it's it's so many ways.

00:17:46.119 --> 00:17:50.500
But I think this is the other crucial part is

00:17:50.500 --> 00:17:53.680
knowing how to utilize it, because I think a

00:17:53.680 --> 00:17:56.740
lot of people have the idea. But that's why I

00:17:56.740 --> 00:17:58.859
think this is helpful. Like what what you're

00:17:58.859 --> 00:18:03.319
doing, because a lot of us got the idea, but

00:18:03.319 --> 00:18:06.930
we don't know. how to use GarageBand. Now, you

00:18:06.930 --> 00:18:09.630
know, a lot of people are looking into it, but

00:18:09.630 --> 00:18:14.029
we need people to explain things. And one question

00:18:14.029 --> 00:18:20.089
I got is, if a producer has a beat, can you actually

00:18:20.089 --> 00:18:23.789
put that beat into GarageBand, sync it in, and

00:18:23.789 --> 00:18:26.730
actually like it's a recording session? Can you

00:18:26.730 --> 00:18:29.049
do it that way? That's what I said. That's what

00:18:29.049 --> 00:18:31.250
I meant. Like, you can actually, if you had a

00:18:31.250 --> 00:18:34.710
beat, download it onto your phone. You can work

00:18:34.710 --> 00:18:37.289
from home both of y 'all the the engineer and

00:18:37.289 --> 00:18:40.670
the artist Yeah, I mean that's that's that's

00:18:40.670 --> 00:18:44.289
that's why I said to having the phone was like

00:18:44.289 --> 00:18:47.309
Super important, you know, like when we started

00:18:47.309 --> 00:18:50.589
first shooting, you know anything, you know podcasting

00:18:50.589 --> 00:18:53.269
You know a couple years ago. I was telling make

00:18:53.269 --> 00:18:56.410
sure you understand the power of this thing this

00:18:56.410 --> 00:19:00.089
thing right here Does everything you need if

00:19:00.089 --> 00:19:03.049
you don't know how to use it? That would be one

00:19:03.049 --> 00:19:06.289
of the fallouts that you know, you would lose

00:19:06.289 --> 00:19:09.069
time You know, you you wouldn't be able to get

00:19:09.069 --> 00:19:13.390
ahead fast But if you did catch on to the wave

00:19:13.390 --> 00:19:15.730
and understand that part like literally I was

00:19:15.730 --> 00:19:17.849
one of them people I was one of the people cuz

00:19:17.849 --> 00:19:19.990
you know, I was baby. We was babied a little

00:19:19.990 --> 00:19:24.329
bit I was you know, we was in the studio, you

00:19:24.329 --> 00:19:26.930
know saying I didn't really see the vision like

00:19:26.930 --> 00:19:29.390
this, you know saying like how we doing now,

00:19:29.390 --> 00:19:33.049
but now this is it's like Like you say, mindset,

00:19:33.289 --> 00:19:36.049
once you keep doing it, you know, and get repetitive

00:19:36.049 --> 00:19:39.890
at it and you get better, better, learn new things.

00:19:40.230 --> 00:19:43.529
So that's the mindset, like the mindset. I keep

00:19:43.529 --> 00:19:45.769
going back to that. The mindset you got to have

00:19:45.769 --> 00:19:48.569
to want to learn and get better. Because, you

00:19:48.569 --> 00:19:51.029
know, that's how I am. Once I learn one thing,

00:19:51.029 --> 00:19:53.589
I want to learn more things. You know, oh, what

00:19:53.589 --> 00:19:55.930
can I do next? How can I do this then? You know,

00:19:55.930 --> 00:19:59.490
how can I utilize that? And then it gets into

00:19:59.490 --> 00:20:02.519
like how we talked in previous podcasts, time

00:20:02.519 --> 00:20:07.319
management. OK, how can I do this in a good quality

00:20:07.319 --> 00:20:09.859
but quicker time, you know, where I'm not spending

00:20:09.859 --> 00:20:12.700
a lot of time on it, where I'm not spending a

00:20:12.700 --> 00:20:14.359
lot of money on it, you know, where I can save

00:20:14.359 --> 00:20:17.279
a couple of dollars on it? You know, all this

00:20:17.279 --> 00:20:20.420
is crucial, you know, like it plays a role into

00:20:20.420 --> 00:20:26.059
music and just career, whatever you do, you know,

00:20:26.180 --> 00:20:31.029
all that, you know. This is one of the things

00:20:31.029 --> 00:20:35.269
I'm gonna say, and this is for confirmation of

00:20:35.269 --> 00:20:40.849
why, you know, you can go very far with the technology

00:20:40.849 --> 00:20:45.089
that's available. As I said, podcasting, you

00:20:45.089 --> 00:20:50.890
know, not even just podcasting, but this is one

00:20:50.890 --> 00:20:56.180
of the most powerful tools, the interface. So

00:20:56.180 --> 00:21:00.019
this is one of the most powerful is tools that

00:21:00.019 --> 00:21:02.519
you could ever get your hands on this one is

00:21:02.519 --> 00:21:07.960
actually By Beringer it is actually maybe about

00:21:07.960 --> 00:21:11.559
You can get one probably cheapest 25 maybe to

00:21:11.559 --> 00:21:16.759
$50 now used and when I say It is very powerful.

00:21:16.759 --> 00:21:20.039
It is very powerful Everything that you hear

00:21:20.039 --> 00:21:22.660
what you're hearing right now is what I'm recording.

00:21:22.740 --> 00:21:24.779
This is what I'm recording through right now

00:21:25.000 --> 00:21:28.180
I have a few of these. That just lets you know

00:21:28.180 --> 00:21:31.019
how good I adore these little things. They're

00:21:31.019 --> 00:21:35.259
very little, but they're very powerful to use.

00:21:35.740 --> 00:21:38.500
It's not very heavy. I can take it everywhere

00:21:38.500 --> 00:21:41.740
I go. You know, just throw it in my bag. I got

00:21:41.740 --> 00:21:45.259
it. I don't have to ever worry about audio. Literally,

00:21:45.400 --> 00:21:47.720
I can hook it into my phone, hook it into the

00:21:47.720 --> 00:21:50.259
computer. Whichever one I need it on is ready.

00:21:50.509 --> 00:21:52.970
Now, the reason why I say get you something like

00:21:52.970 --> 00:21:55.150
this, or even what Q has, which you can't see,

00:21:55.369 --> 00:21:58.970
I'll put a picture of it up right now. Something

00:21:58.970 --> 00:22:03.190
simple as that is all you need as an interface.

00:22:04.849 --> 00:22:12.269
A lot of people don't get to see certain technology.

00:22:12.589 --> 00:22:15.069
Some technology comes a little differently, but

00:22:15.069 --> 00:22:19.019
they all hook up the same exact I want to show

00:22:19.019 --> 00:22:21.859
the people this is what you hear me on. You know,

00:22:21.920 --> 00:22:27.619
this is what I'm using. It's Donner, D -O -N

00:22:27.619 --> 00:22:31.420
-N -E -R. I actually got this off of eBay. The

00:22:31.420 --> 00:22:34.019
wine sent me in the right location for this.

00:22:34.579 --> 00:22:38.759
I've been using this since, I think, 2022, 2023,

00:22:38.980 --> 00:22:40.180
when something like that, when we started doing

00:22:40.180 --> 00:22:42.559
The Home of Souls. I forgot. Something around

00:22:42.559 --> 00:22:46.730
that time. It's been a couple years. You know

00:22:46.730 --> 00:22:49.690
what I'm saying? It's a healthy tool, man. And

00:22:49.690 --> 00:22:53.269
you know, the microphone comes with it. You know,

00:22:53.390 --> 00:22:56.990
stuff like this, eBay, you know, cheap. You know

00:22:56.990 --> 00:22:59.349
what I'm saying? But it's powerful. That's what

00:22:59.349 --> 00:23:01.809
you hear the audio from me all the time, you

00:23:01.809 --> 00:23:06.230
know? The biggest thing is, like, again, for

00:23:06.230 --> 00:23:11.609
those that are in a budget lifestyle, there are

00:23:11.609 --> 00:23:14.880
certain things that you want to Get yourself

00:23:14.880 --> 00:23:17.460
going in the right direction if you already got

00:23:17.460 --> 00:23:19.559
the expensive stuff You already got it ain't

00:23:19.559 --> 00:23:21.460
no need to turn it back Just learn how to use

00:23:21.460 --> 00:23:23.299
it how to learn how to hook it up you good to

00:23:23.299 --> 00:23:25.779
go But for those that are just getting going

00:23:25.779 --> 00:23:28.380
Find something that is very simplistic like you

00:23:28.380 --> 00:23:31.000
just held up and like I just held up They can

00:23:31.000 --> 00:23:33.400
get you a very long way without having to like

00:23:33.400 --> 00:23:36.539
use your brain a whole lot Now the little things

00:23:36.539 --> 00:23:40.019
that I've said though the part where you want

00:23:40.019 --> 00:23:43.789
to spend the money Is on the program and if not

00:23:43.789 --> 00:23:47.730
just the program the mixing the mastery those

00:23:47.730 --> 00:23:51.150
are very important parts Because after you run

00:23:51.150 --> 00:23:54.109
that audio and everything into this is going

00:23:54.109 --> 00:23:57.589
to get recorded But it's not going to fix and

00:23:57.589 --> 00:24:00.690
then make it sound polished like everything is

00:24:00.690 --> 00:24:03.750
supposed to say So that's the next phase which

00:24:03.750 --> 00:24:07.130
I'm going to get into a little bit of but I'm

00:24:07.130 --> 00:24:09.349
gonna separate this and I'm gonna help y 'all

00:24:09.349 --> 00:24:12.579
in some instances here Cause you still want that

00:24:12.579 --> 00:24:15.539
quality. I know I mean, I want that quality.

00:24:15.640 --> 00:24:19.220
When I go back and hear a song, like I say, now

00:24:19.220 --> 00:24:22.279
this, this far in my career, it's like, I don't

00:24:22.279 --> 00:24:24.640
want to just, you know, you've been doing it

00:24:24.640 --> 00:24:27.480
for a while. You want that quality too. So, you

00:24:27.480 --> 00:24:30.380
know, like you say, be efficient, but also be

00:24:30.380 --> 00:24:32.880
considerate that you want the best quality that

00:24:32.880 --> 00:24:37.000
you can get with what you're using and also get

00:24:37.000 --> 00:24:39.259
the help. It could be something you could adjust

00:24:39.259 --> 00:24:41.960
so you could do. You might have to spend a little

00:24:41.960 --> 00:24:45.039
bread, you know go in the studio sacrifice You

00:24:45.039 --> 00:24:48.799
know you you get what you pay for in a lot of

00:24:48.799 --> 00:24:51.500
instances, you know I'm saying so like you said

00:24:51.500 --> 00:24:54.519
You can't be a hoarder of your money either if

00:24:54.519 --> 00:24:58.539
you got that extra dollar and you can spend it

00:24:58.539 --> 00:25:02.440
Do it lose and do it, you know, if it's in you

00:25:02.440 --> 00:25:04.819
it's no bad investment putting into yourself

00:25:04.819 --> 00:25:09.079
No, I'm saying so if you got if you got it You

00:25:09.079 --> 00:25:11.559
know, it ain't gonna hurt you. God God gonna

00:25:11.559 --> 00:25:14.000
keep blessing us. We gonna get that back times

00:25:14.000 --> 00:25:17.839
more probably most likely I'm saying put it on

00:25:17.839 --> 00:25:20.599
there and I'm about to get in there. I'm saying

00:25:20.599 --> 00:25:23.440
I'm ready like, you know, it's ways we can do

00:25:23.440 --> 00:25:26.859
it, but I Got another agenda, you know saying

00:25:26.859 --> 00:25:29.039
this it's your mindset and what you're aiming

00:25:29.039 --> 00:25:32.500
for also, you know Switch it up. Sometimes you

00:25:32.500 --> 00:25:34.460
ain't got to be basic all the time. Sometimes

00:25:34.460 --> 00:25:37.720
you might have to you know Be a little put a

00:25:37.720 --> 00:25:40.460
little bit more bread to it. I'm saying that's

00:25:40.460 --> 00:25:43.579
another thing be flexible You got to be flexible,

00:25:43.579 --> 00:25:47.220
you know, don't just be in a mindset of being

00:25:47.220 --> 00:25:50.839
cheap all the time I'm saying don't shut yourself

00:25:50.839 --> 00:25:53.740
all the time Like you said, like we said don't

00:25:53.740 --> 00:25:57.759
think about just the money all the time That's

00:25:57.759 --> 00:26:00.720
that's one mindset that I know that can make

00:26:00.720 --> 00:26:03.599
you shut down you don't use that as a don't use

00:26:03.599 --> 00:26:07.460
that as your you know escape all the time. Now,

00:26:08.259 --> 00:26:10.799
I'm gonna help a little bit more here. If you

00:26:10.799 --> 00:26:14.180
really want to get the hands -on side of things,

00:26:15.059 --> 00:26:18.920
I'm gonna leave a link on here, under here, to

00:26:18.920 --> 00:26:22.579
another video that'll probably help y 'all get

00:26:22.579 --> 00:26:27.619
a little bit acclimated to actually using the

00:26:27.619 --> 00:26:31.000
program. I don't wanna show y 'all here because

00:26:31.000 --> 00:26:33.339
that's not really what we're gonna do all over

00:26:33.339 --> 00:26:35.920
here. But I have a link to another video that'll

00:26:35.920 --> 00:26:39.799
help you get going and show you the inside of

00:26:39.799 --> 00:26:42.599
BandLab a little bit more so you can hear, you

00:26:42.599 --> 00:26:45.480
know, you can see real time how to record in

00:26:45.480 --> 00:26:47.740
it and things of that nature. I go that far to

00:26:47.740 --> 00:26:50.599
show you. This is really simple. It's not a hard

00:26:50.599 --> 00:26:54.079
thing to do. But I've already started working

00:26:54.079 --> 00:26:57.259
on certain things in NJMP Beats for that. So,

00:26:57.259 --> 00:26:59.680
you know, keep it separated so y 'all can actually

00:26:59.680 --> 00:27:02.539
see what it's like versus we just talking about

00:27:02.539 --> 00:27:04.920
it here. But it's very important. We need it.

00:27:04.920 --> 00:27:07.960
We need it, man. We need it. I need it. I need

00:27:07.960 --> 00:27:10.119
it. We need it. We all need it, man. That's wanting

00:27:10.119 --> 00:27:14.359
to learn. So that's crucial. Important stuff,

00:27:15.279 --> 00:27:18.680
man. I'm saying that you don't. Definitely. So

00:27:18.680 --> 00:27:23.319
next go around. There's still more to go. We're

00:27:23.319 --> 00:27:25.579
just getting going. Budget part is just really

00:27:25.579 --> 00:27:29.079
going to roll into the next part as well, because.

00:27:30.159 --> 00:27:33.400
You know, you gotta, you have to have an understanding

00:27:33.400 --> 00:27:36.460
of, like I say, the structure of the studio part.

00:27:36.920 --> 00:27:39.240
You know, that was very important. A lot of questions

00:27:39.240 --> 00:27:41.440
were coming this way about it, which is good.

00:27:41.440 --> 00:27:43.980
It's not a problem. But I do want y 'all to know

00:27:43.980 --> 00:27:46.319
that understanding that base, the base part of

00:27:46.319 --> 00:27:48.900
it is what you've been getting so far, at least

00:27:48.900 --> 00:27:52.019
for the past four or five episodes. Not taking

00:27:52.019 --> 00:27:54.140
for granted that you really have to be, like

00:27:54.140 --> 00:27:57.000
I say, in the right mindset. So let me say that

00:27:57.000 --> 00:27:59.220
again. You said it already in the beginning.

00:27:59.710 --> 00:28:03.470
Mindset, can I say something also? Realize, realize

00:28:03.470 --> 00:28:07.069
you have a business life and realize you have

00:28:07.069 --> 00:28:11.549
a personal life also. You know, know that. As

00:28:11.549 --> 00:28:15.750
an artist, know how to separate the two and balance

00:28:15.750 --> 00:28:19.250
the two. Balance is another thing. Balance, you

00:28:19.250 --> 00:28:22.910
need balance. Balance, balance, balance. You

00:28:22.910 --> 00:28:26.529
know what I'm saying? Understanding. Talk to

00:28:26.529 --> 00:28:29.380
your partner. You know saying tell your dreams

00:28:29.380 --> 00:28:31.680
to your partner, you know express your goals

00:28:31.680 --> 00:28:35.920
to your partner because your partner Might understand

00:28:35.920 --> 00:28:38.460
and she might take the load He might take the

00:28:38.460 --> 00:28:40.640
load off of this or that even if y 'all ain't

00:28:40.640 --> 00:28:43.599
together It could be baby mama baby that like,

00:28:43.759 --> 00:28:46.740
you know saying you'd be surprised what somebody

00:28:46.740 --> 00:28:51.500
would do But as the wine always say I gotta put

00:28:51.500 --> 00:28:54.039
this in there If you don't ask for the hill if

00:28:54.039 --> 00:28:56.339
you don't open your mouth, you will never know

00:28:56.599 --> 00:29:00.839
You never know so Open your mouth ask for the

00:29:00.839 --> 00:29:03.700
help if you need it, you know saying talk to

00:29:03.700 --> 00:29:08.299
people communication is the key To a lot of things,

00:29:08.299 --> 00:29:11.759
you know, so communicate be on the same page

00:29:11.759 --> 00:29:14.299
with people You know I'm saying people might

00:29:14.299 --> 00:29:17.119
be willing to help or work with you more than

00:29:17.119 --> 00:29:19.839
you could ever imagine I'm saying and that's

00:29:19.839 --> 00:29:22.779
another key in this game and just like generally,

00:29:22.859 --> 00:29:26.579
you know Open your mouth, communication, ask

00:29:26.579 --> 00:29:29.359
for the help. You know what I'm saying? Be open,

00:29:29.380 --> 00:29:33.720
be honest. And also remember when being honest

00:29:33.720 --> 00:29:37.059
with yourself, you have to have time. Remember,

00:29:37.200 --> 00:29:41.039
time to do it. Whenever you're doing it, make

00:29:41.039 --> 00:29:43.740
sure you're taking that time to like, when you're

00:29:43.740 --> 00:29:46.460
in stop mode. Don't just be like in go mode.

00:29:46.880 --> 00:29:49.539
You know, if you're in go mode, I mean, if it's

00:29:49.539 --> 00:29:51.259
five minutes, I mean, five minutes, you can get

00:29:51.259 --> 00:29:54.250
a lot done in five minutes. But make sure it's

00:29:54.250 --> 00:29:56.849
a moment when you're stopping, you can put that

00:29:56.849 --> 00:29:59.730
energy into it like you're supposed to. So you

00:29:59.730 --> 00:30:04.150
don't ever want to shortchange your music and

00:30:04.150 --> 00:30:06.569
the craft in any way. Don't ever shortchange

00:30:06.569 --> 00:30:11.329
it. It'll sound like it. And bro, it's a time,

00:30:11.390 --> 00:30:14.049
you'll feel it. It's a time and place for everything,

00:30:14.269 --> 00:30:16.549
man. A lot of times when we think it's time,

00:30:16.609 --> 00:30:20.609
it might not be that time yet. And when it's

00:30:20.609 --> 00:30:23.859
time, you straight. I'm saying and that's why

00:30:23.859 --> 00:30:26.859
I say balance in this also helps You know with

00:30:26.859 --> 00:30:30.039
the craft and the product you like you don't

00:30:30.039 --> 00:30:32.819
wanna say music ain't gonna lie You we can all

00:30:32.819 --> 00:30:35.359
lie to ourselves and lie and say this and that

00:30:35.359 --> 00:30:38.759
but one thing ain't gonna lie as a music We don't

00:30:38.759 --> 00:30:40.980
tell me we can tell if it came from a place or

00:30:40.980 --> 00:30:44.279
if you were focused Where you was there and mentally

00:30:44.279 --> 00:30:47.819
in your mind, you know, was you serious about

00:30:47.819 --> 00:30:52.660
this? So that's why I say balance personal business

00:30:52.660 --> 00:30:56.920
life. You know, it's gonna reflect on the craft.

00:30:57.140 --> 00:30:59.440
It's gonna show in the craft. You know what I'm

00:30:59.440 --> 00:31:02.880
saying? It won't balance in life in general.

00:31:03.940 --> 00:31:09.440
Yup. Yup. This is why you know, these this is

00:31:09.440 --> 00:31:12.839
important. These parts of uh talk gonna get somewhere,

00:31:13.039 --> 00:31:16.519
will get somewhere uh in the future. A lot of

00:31:16.519 --> 00:31:18.980
y 'all need it and a lot of y 'all don't have

00:31:18.980 --> 00:31:22.740
the Structured individuals around you to know

00:31:22.740 --> 00:31:26.440
it and some do but some may need a little bit

00:31:26.440 --> 00:31:29.299
more because there's also others that deal in

00:31:29.299 --> 00:31:34.480
and dive into it now again Keep your mindset

00:31:34.480 --> 00:31:38.519
always Always lean is towards something that's

00:31:38.519 --> 00:31:42.319
positively Helping or getting you there, you

00:31:42.319 --> 00:31:44.920
know, if you need help get help Don't never get

00:31:44.920 --> 00:31:46.460
just don't ever let your mind get to the point

00:31:46.460 --> 00:31:48.319
where you're being negative If you're in the

00:31:48.319 --> 00:31:52.079
negative part, just stop, fall back, get yourself

00:31:52.079 --> 00:31:57.140
together, regroup, stay in a positive side of

00:31:57.140 --> 00:32:00.539
things. Say that again, bro. Say it, bro. Positive

00:32:00.539 --> 00:32:05.180
mindset. Positive side of things. That's a word

00:32:05.180 --> 00:32:08.039
right there, man. Positive mindset will make

00:32:08.039 --> 00:32:10.519
everything better, bro. Everything better, man.

00:32:11.440 --> 00:32:14.140
You learn to do that over the years, especially

00:32:14.140 --> 00:32:16.269
as you're getting older. You know, you learn

00:32:16.269 --> 00:32:18.609
it, you know, to get you more solid. That's that's

00:32:18.609 --> 00:32:21.309
what helps here. That's what helps keep me going.

00:32:21.430 --> 00:32:24.450
You know, I'm so consistent at doing it to the

00:32:24.450 --> 00:32:26.769
point where it's like that. That's like it's

00:32:26.769 --> 00:32:30.309
a positive driven thing is not like negatively

00:32:30.309 --> 00:32:33.230
driven. And it's also one of those things that

00:32:33.230 --> 00:32:35.910
helps you open up and get things out, especially

00:32:35.910 --> 00:32:38.589
being a music artist. Like, you know, if you're,

00:32:38.589 --> 00:32:40.710
you know, making music or if you just. person

00:32:40.710 --> 00:32:42.789
sitting there on the piano, you know, having

00:32:42.789 --> 00:32:45.809
a good vibe just changes the whole situation.

00:32:46.309 --> 00:32:48.970
You know, it changes the room and everybody witnesses

00:32:48.970 --> 00:32:51.910
it when you speak, when you play, when you sing,

00:32:52.130 --> 00:32:55.329
whatever it is that you do. So if you need any

00:32:55.329 --> 00:32:58.250
help, though, if you need any help, get help.

00:32:58.630 --> 00:33:01.789
If you if you're in the midst of a problem, get

00:33:01.789 --> 00:33:04.230
help. Even if you're just asking God, you know,

00:33:04.269 --> 00:33:07.109
it isn't always asking a human. Sometimes you

00:33:07.109 --> 00:33:09.690
just got to ask God for help. That's it. You

00:33:09.690 --> 00:33:13.589
don't have to do the necessary details of chasing

00:33:13.589 --> 00:33:15.769
people sometimes. Sometimes the help is right

00:33:15.769 --> 00:33:18.829
there. He's right there with you the whole entire

00:33:18.829 --> 00:33:20.710
time. All you gotta really do is just open your

00:33:20.710 --> 00:33:25.769
mouth up and ask for it. Wouldn't be this far

00:33:25.769 --> 00:33:28.009
along. I wouldn't be able to get to speak and

00:33:28.009 --> 00:33:31.170
talk with y 'all. Wouldn't be here if I never

00:33:31.170 --> 00:33:34.470
gave God a chance. So for the sake of it, that's

00:33:34.470 --> 00:33:36.849
the starting point for a lot of y 'all. Ask God

00:33:36.849 --> 00:33:39.670
before you go ask somebody else. Ask God first

00:33:39.670 --> 00:33:41.789
and see if he can help you. And if the case be,

00:33:42.289 --> 00:33:43.890
there are people around you and you know they

00:33:43.890 --> 00:33:45.730
can help you, or if you're the person that can

00:33:45.730 --> 00:33:48.950
help somebody, help. If you can't help, if you're

00:33:48.950 --> 00:33:51.849
not in the right mentality to help, don't do

00:33:51.849 --> 00:33:53.829
it. Stay away from them people. Don't give nobody

00:33:53.829 --> 00:33:55.710
no bad energy, because that's the last thing

00:33:55.710 --> 00:34:00.289
you need to be doing anyway. So, autism community,

00:34:00.430 --> 00:34:02.170
I forgot to shout y 'all out the last time. You

00:34:02.170 --> 00:34:04.950
know I love y 'all. Y 'all keep moving. Y 'all

00:34:04.950 --> 00:34:09.500
keep motivated. And also remember, at the end

00:34:09.500 --> 00:34:13.659
of the day, this is the last thing you want to

00:34:13.659 --> 00:34:16.880
do when you're being, and this is for your music.

00:34:17.719 --> 00:34:22.739
Remember, finish, finish, finish, finish, finish.

00:34:23.079 --> 00:34:26.400
Get that in your system, finish. Stop thinking,

00:34:26.940 --> 00:34:33.579
stop thinking or, finish. I'm gonna come back

00:34:33.579 --> 00:34:43.679
to it. So until the next time I roll around and

00:34:43.679 --> 00:34:46.800
Talk with you all remember There's a lot to show

00:34:46.800 --> 00:34:49.400
there's a lot to go for you know go back a few

00:34:49.400 --> 00:34:53.420
episodes You know and retaliate with it sit with

00:34:53.420 --> 00:34:57.239
it. There's a lot giving away And hopefully you

00:34:57.239 --> 00:35:00.440
all can take in something from all that we've

00:35:00.440 --> 00:35:05.389
been pushing out Love y 'all until next time.

00:35:06.130 --> 00:35:06.329
Peace.
