In the busy world of making music, your digital files are very important. If you don't have a good way to name, save, and store your work, you could lose everything to a computer crash or a simple mistake. At Not Just Music Podcast (NJMP), we suggest a "Rule of Three" backup plan: keep your main work on a fast drive, a copy on a second drive, and another copy in the cloud.

Also, using the same naming system helps everyone work together better.
